At 2:48 of the clip, the newscaster, (Erin Burnett, I think), says the following:

"I do know someone very well, who did get kissed by Donald Trump without his consent. That was in 2010." (My emphasis.)

Curious choice of words by the talking head and I suspect that she misspoke. Nonetheless, it's clear that she doesn't think that Mr. Trump is innocent of the allegations against him.
