... from our gas guzzlers and excessive fossil fuel consumption was worth the price. The bill is now due.

What does that mean to you? Does it mean driving your car less? Raising the temp on your a.c. thermostat?

Does it mean you driving your car the same amount of miles per year while I drive less?

Does it mean buying less of junk you and I really don't need?

Will actions on that scale actually make a difference?

I don't mean to pick on your post but the issue is complex. The solution is complex in that it crosses borders, involves politics, involves greed.

And to begin the transition to a sustainable economy.

All nations acting together with a main focus on getting off carbon, starting yesterday.

Stop the "drill baby drill" energy policy.
