sittin' on his hands is the same me doing a "facepalm". The guy's as timid as his boss.

Edit: I have to wonder if we'll EVER see another attorney general who'll fight for the common man - on ANY issue. Of course, if the Rethugs were to take the Presidency, we SEE an active AG, but we'd also feel the brutality of him/her.
