NSA Won't Read Your Emails... Yeah Right.



NSA Chief Keith Alexander told Congress that the U.S. economy stands to lose $388 billion if it fails to prevent cyber attacks and piracy, and said his agency should be given additional powers to prevent this. But despite his promise to not abuse these newfound powers, should we really trust an agency with a history of engaging in warrantless wiretapping? Joining us to discuss the issue Retired Lieutenant Colonel Anthony Shaffer, a Senior National Security Advisor with the Task Force on National and Homeland Security.

The NSA charter was supposed to prevent them from spying on Americans.
