Tim Kaine on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert (8/25/16)
The next Vice President of the United States stopped by the Late Show with Stephen Colbert last night to discuss the race, meet his almost-twin and jam (quite convincingly!) with the band.
Do you love this guy or what?

(101 posts)I loved the harmonica clip. This makes him seem so down-to-earth. Thanks, I'll bookmark this to hear again.

(9,148 posts)And why is that name mentioned in VP Tim Kaine's Video Appreciation Thread?

(22,670 posts)He was one of our candidates. I didn't know there was forum etiquette I was violating. I like Bernie. I like Tim. I like Hillary and Bill. I like them all.
Sorry if you took offense.

(101 posts)I noticed this morning that two winners of recent photo contests are not posting here anymore. Posts like yours are probably a main reason why.

(9,148 posts)"Sad"is what took place here throughout the Primary.
This was Sen Kaine's remarkable moment.
That was my point.
Many good people left DU & never returned because of the "sad" way they were treated here in Primary season.
Just to clear that up.
This was about Tim Kaine's "Colbert debut."
He was pretty cool.

(101 posts)I thought Tim Kaine was cool too. I bookmarked his harmonica playing so that I could go back and hear it again. The post about Bernie didn't take away from Tim Kaine. You won. Let it go. Stop being so argumentative, hateful, and let the rest heal. Otherwise, this site will get smaller and smaller, and that would be a shame. Just saying. Not trying to fight. Just feel sad myself when I see posts like that one.

(9,148 posts)A few here perhaps need to let the primaries remain in the past.
Such as in this thread for instance.
Bye..& ignore.
