Joe's place on the ticket was announced. I knew we would win! And we will again.

But when I see photos of the Pres and VPres "among the people," they really seem to be enjoying themselves. They look comfortable, as if they'd rather be doing nothing else than having breakfast with the folks they're having breakfast with, or shooting hoops, or making funny faces at babies.

In contrast, Romney and his crowd look as if they'd rather be anywhere else, that they hold their fellow (little people) Americans in contempt, and are generally being sullied by the experience.

To be fair, Gore and Kerry didn't exactly come across the same way and were probably more "republican" in their comfort level with the little people. But Obama and Biden? Fantastic.

I hope he gets (and wants) a chance at the wheel when 2016 comes. That's assuming we'll still HAVE choices come 2016
