He's a judge. Partiality and opinion has no place in public statement. Twitter is a public statement in today's world.

He's just sucking up to the Repug establishment types by giving them the names of the candidates they want. Of course, these are just "suggestions" as are all his statements. He could change his mind and nominate Ben Carson or Rick Scott (Voldemort) and who would be surprised?

I'm really starting to get scared of this guy. Dems (DWS) have fucked us by taking every step possible to ensure that HRC is the nominee and she's so weak after 20 years of being trashed by msm. The America public is so ignorant after msm pushing rw lies so the rich could take everything and decimate the middle class, they are actually supporting this jerk who is totally heinous and untrustworthy. He hates everyone but the beautiful and rich and OMG I can't even think of the harm he'd do to our beautiful country. He'll bankrupt us and walk away richer than ever, as he's done so many times in the past. GW was God-awful and Drumpf is 10x worse. Would he start a war with Iran on day 1, wouldn't put it past him. That's the scariest thing of all, there's literally nothing that he wouldn't do if it benefited him in some way.

Oh Bernie, what could have been.

I live in Europe and trust me, the world is watching and are freaking horrified by him. He is the top item on the news nearly everyday and it's sickening.

If he wins, I'm never coming back, not even for a visit...unless my 83 yo Mother gets sick or worse. ugh, make this man go away!

Unfortunately. the Fourth Estate is no longer independent. As Les Moonves of CBS said, Donald Trump is terrible for America but great for CBS's ratings. What motivation do journalists have for searching out and telling the public the truth?

That's a big reason our populace is so ignorant.

Everything you say makes sense except your obvious bias and prejudice against one of our great candidates. After 20 years of being trashed by the media, she is still winning the election so far.

Currently down by 3%.

Of course, some of us predicted that and said that her 2008 loss needed to forcibly-end her electoral career or else she was going to be foisted on us in 2016 and cost us the White House. Who feels like a goddamned genius today? This fucking guy.

She's winning the primary because, quite simply, the impression that the public chooses the candidate is largely bullshit, at least on the Democratic side. There are enough low-info loyal primary voters that want to vote for a winner and will vote for whoever the party leadership seems to favor or whoever the media tells them is the frontrunner...to functionally insure that the party leadership and the media, not the primary voters, choose the nominee. The number of ardent Hillary supporters and ardent Bernie supporters in total combined is probably smaller than the idiot majority that votes how they believe they are supposed to, rather than based on any informed opinion.

If Chuck Todd had called Bernie Sanders the Democratic front-runner, it's likely that he'd now be our presumptive nominee. If Chuck Todd had called Aloysius Snuffleupagus the Democratic front-runner, it's likely that Big Bird's imaginary friend would now be our presumptive nominee. We don't choose the nominee...we just think we choose the nominee.

Who was the last Democratic nominee that was truly an outsider opposed by the establishment party leadership?

Unless you think Fox News is the definitive poll and nothing else counts.

As for the lack of a Democratic nominee who could be described as "truly an outsider opposed by the establishment party leadership"? Maybe the majority of Democratic voters just aren't that interested in who's an "outsider".

A) Trump shortlisting a judge for the Supreme Court who thinks he's an idiot, or

B) Trump shortlisting a judge for the Supreme Court who spends his time trash-talking people on twitter.

Either way, they're BOTH idiots. And so is the assclown at The Heritage Foundation who recommended this judge for the shortlist.
