How does whatever agency that's switching these registrations know that they're switching registrations of Bernie's supporters?

I still don't see how anyone can know which Democrat will vote for whomever ahead of the time. Is it being done arbitrarily and if so, how can that affect more Bernie supporters than Hillary supporters?

But there is definitely a problem with registration. In Oregon you can change your registration (and check it) on-line, and it should be that way in every state.
