Related: About this forumA one-minute musical Mitt Romney biography
I just wrote, directed, and edited a one-minute musical Mitt Romney biography that is told from the perspective of two characters -- Doug the Donkey, a democrat; and Eddie Elephant, a Republican.
I was hoping DU could give me some tips on how to improve my show. This one took an entire week's work, so next week's is going to be simpler (maybe "50 Ways to Mispronounce 'Mitt Romney'" , maybe. If people could give suggestions, and feedback: please, please, please tell me which parts you liked the most, so I can do more of them in the future!
Thank you all. Obama 2012!

(3,888 posts)did you sing the tune too?
I did the "Mitt Romneys" in the chorus. The first verse is sung by my friend Doug, who's a great singer. The pro-Romney rap is by my roommate Salim, who is very anti-Romney, and had to be coerced into providing a pro-Romney rap even in ironic jest.

(5,376 posts)Keep up the good work. Thought it all came together really well. You might consider doing one chronicling Mitt's "pranks"--the list keeps growing!
Best!
That could be great! How about a "How to Prank Like Mitt Romney" video that gets progressively crueler.

I liked the song, by the way.

(3,888 posts)you could have him pulling over innocent coeds in a police uniform and cutting someone's hair for not conforming to norms.
he could be shown tying his dog to the roof of his car and laughing about firing whole plants worth of people. he could be seen with ann conspiring to drug the damaged dressage horse before selling it as uninjured for $125,000 and laughing about the trick they played.
the film could highlight his famous sense of humor.
