What evidence do you have to support your "No". I think the FBI may require your input since you apparently know exactly why Hillary is innocent of all wrong doing in this affair. You should contact them immediately to share your wisdom in this urgent matter.

I just think it's funny that some people are willing to support a potential criminal no matter what. Makes you wonder how much they are lacking in logic or common sense.

and have come away mortified, and wondering what in the hell is going to happen.

The possible consequences for our party and for this election are explosive.

All you have to do is research exactly what she did. Then research the laws.

Follow the comments of many who have security clearances and have worked with classified information. They discuss a bevy of laws that she broke, by having an unsecured, email server in her home that even President Obama didn't know about.

What she did is unprecedented.

It is truly frightening.

I don't know if she will be indicted. That depends on the FBI and the DOJ. However, she certainly deserves to be indicted. The proof is there. They've all ready released that thousands of her sent emails were classified and that 22 were "Top Secret". That classification means that if the information was released, it could cause, "serious or grave danger to the United States."

Denying this and positioning this as a right-wing smear doesn't make it go away. This is an issue that every good Democrat should be discussing, exploring and thinking about. It's huge news that could affect our party and this race.

Who gives a shit what the Republicans think? This is an issue about the Democratic party!

Things she has done are very questionable. It is indeed an important topic for Dems to discuss.

But I am only talking about the 'she will be indicted' talk.

I have followed the story closely and I will tell you that 99.99% of the "She will be indicted" talk is coming from Fox News. The government 'experts' they interview are long time liars/water carriers for the RNC. A quick Google is all it takes to find out their history.

In otherwords, everthing about the 'she will be indicted' spin is classic Fox News disinformation campaign.

My Fox Viewing relatives have been burned time and time again by Fox's bullshit. I am not about to embrace the Fox News organization.

To be generous to Fox, anything they say must be taken with a monstrous grain of salt.

Lastly I will note Jeff Weaver is saying nothing about this. IMHO he knows "she will be indicted" is bullshit.

Thanks again for the long reply and have a great day

But influence peddling with speaking fees and her foundation (if not outright bribery) looks like a slam-dunk.

Video rarely captures the nuance and complexity of legal cases, but this one is a good starting point. The subject deserves a full PBS series.

CIA Director John Deutch. All the AG has to do is nothing for a few more months. But she won't be the party's candidate after Comey releases the report. You don't have to be a Republican for that to worry you.

1. This is a right-wing conspiracy of a vast nature it was designed to occur during Hillary's primary.
2. There may be violations of the law but Secretary Clinton did not intend to violate the law.
3. All of this is happening because some white male Sanders supporter wants it to happen.
4. Someone else is the target of the DOJ probe.
5. This investigation is just an expansion of the full on nutty Congressional Benghazi hearings.
6. Career DOJ and other agencies up to the President will interfere with this investigation by sending messages in public statements.
7. Bernie Sanders will actually benefit in his primary bid from this investigation he will become the nominee by default.
8. Although hounded by nut case RW the Clinton's have never lied, pushed, or intentionally violated the law. Clinton's follow the rules.
9. Clinton's cannot be bought.
10. This will all just go away. What me worry?

And NUMBER 11. I PRIVATE CITIZEN, HILLARY-SANDERS SUPPORTER, OFFICE HOLDER, MEDIA HACK, REALLY KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON BEHIND CLOSED DOORS.

29. Senator Sanders could win by default?

I support Senator Sanders and agree with those Democratic leaders, like VP Biden, who say we need an alternative all the way to the election and perhaps even beyond.

I am not discouraged by Mrs. Clinton’s win in NY. In fact, the voter suppression going on at the polls in many states is so disgraceful it did encourage me to make another donation to Senator Sanders’ campaign.

What’s going on in the CBC (DNC,DSC) as it relates to Donna Edwards? Are Clinton supporters trying to influence the outcome of this election? Is she being punished for taking Progressive positions and supporting Senator Sanders’ campaign? I will donate to Rep. Edwards’ campaign even though I do not live in Maryland.

She will not be indicted for anything as long as Obama is president. Never happen. You can book it. I would be shocked if she was.

Yes! Not just the top secrets e-mails. It may be that the copies of the server’s hard drive is out there for sale to the highest bidder. That’s why the man that set up the server doesn’t want to talk.

How could she when the current Secretary of Defense (arguably a more important position in terms of military security) has admitted to using his private email as late as February of this year? What about previous Secretaries of Defense and State?

If each email is considered a breach of National Security.

But then, she has a criminal defense lawyer waiting to defend her, doesn't she?

What's worse is nothing was encrypted for the first few months. She was sending all her emails plain text, everywhere she went. Including China and Egypt.
Oops.

The Espionage Act also makes it a criminal offense to negligently store classified information. It doesn't matter what intent she had. She also signed a document as part of her employment as SoS that state's that markings don't matter.

Government policy, reiterated in the non-disclosure agreement signed by Clinton as part of gaining her security clearance, is that sensitive information should be considered and handled as classified even if not marked as such.

She still broke the law. Section 1924 of Tital 18 of the US Crimes and Criminal Procedure Code specifically states that you can't knowingly house classified information at an unauthorized location.

it does pull together info that's been out there and reported on from reliable other sources. So, in a way its a very interesting watch in they way it's pieced together in a narrative rather than reading random articles.
