He is a private citizen with no ability to legislate or sign legislation. Seems as though they would be interrupting her, rather than him.

BTW, wasn't the deal they could only shut down Bernie, not her because she had Secret Service protection? What happened to Bill's Secret Service detail?

I don't really understand this, so I should really stay out of it. Forget I said anything.

...Clinton era policies have had a harmful effect on all working class families and had a disastrous effect on the Black community in particular. Mass incarceration of African Americans is what was intended? Good paying jobs leaving for overseas was intended? Throwing people off of welfare, leaving children to fend for themselves as working class parents went off to work without child-care, that was intended?

I think that you should make political ads for Hillary. People will pay attention to your message.

Re-reading my post, it isn't very clear..

What I mean to say is that the bill was sold as a crime bill to help but it was obvious that it was not for that at all.. The past 20 years are proof that the Clinton era stuff was to pander and help those in power even further.

Please, continue the flogging on the board!

Go Bernie!

speaking to the cameras with their backs turned against a group of black prisoners. It was on DU about a week ago. This is that Bill Clinton that we see in that picture.

Also wouldn't hurt to find the one where he is setting with poppy bush and George Wallace.

This is the Clinton attitude toward not just POC but toward anyone who is not in the 1%.

With very few exceptions, Hillary has done no campaigning other than $5K plate fundraisers and squeezing people for their endorsements. The Clinton's idea of campaigning is backroom deals, so this entire idea of having to meet with the unwashed just twigs them out. Just my .02 cents.

Start with the airport in Mena, AR and the start of the 'drug war' and keep going.

How dare he bring it up and say they tried to clean it up.

Just read Barry and the Boys, about a civil air patrol pilot, and what he flew around, and who he flew it for. For their black op funds, they throw that shit in the low income neighborhoods, for THEIR money. They do not care about those lives. And now the heroin epidemic. We should begin to trace that,,,,starting with the Afghan war....

recognize, apologize for and begin to address the horrendous damage that terrible "crime" bill did and is doing to an entire generation of African-Americans and other minorities. His arrogance and defiance here, however, is disgusting and does not bode well.

He and Hillary were not to kind to the first black president when he was running. Black lives didn't matter so much then. She's still not a beacon of civil rights on all the AA murders that have taken place either.
