VIDEO: Navy sub surfaces at Arctic Circle

USS Hartford (SSN 768) surfaces March 10, 2016, in the Arctic Circle near Ice Camp Sargo during Ice Exercise (ICEX) 2016. Service members and civilians assigned to Arctic Submarine Lab clear away the ice from the hatches to allow access tot he sub. ICEX is a 5-week exercise designed to research, test, and evaluate operational capabilities in the region.
