(12,221 posts)The interviewer was trying to make issue of Bernie's taxesclaiming that Bernie was trying to hide something in his past taxes.
Bernie was very matter of fact in saying his wife does their taxes, and that he makes the salary of a senator and nothing more, and that there are no surprises in their finances; finally, that they will finish their taxes soon (as they are busy with the primary).
Man. He sounded like one of us.
CNN looked so low. I never watch that channel, but I sure now have the impression that CNN is no better than FOX.
It was soooo obvious they were looking for dirt.

It's true that original thinking was never Chuck's strong point. Kinda makes you wonder where his offshore accounts are.
