Yes, that was the trust of the video, but there was a much deeper message for those listening. He spoke about how it undermines the basic fight for justice and equality when we use race for our desire to elect a particular candidate, he included Bernie supporters when speaking about this. He spoke about how non African Americans, no matter how well intentioned, were not advancing the cause when they speak out of turn about race, in fact, it is detrimental to the cause. He used himself as an example as a supporter of feminist issues, knowing what lines not to cross.

It really was a wonderful piece. Even though it was tough on Clinton supporters, I hope you listen to it again, there really is so much more to it.
