even a majority of moderates and independents understand that the GOP Congress is blatantly blocking progress for political gain. Maybe there's still hope in this country towards us going forward after all.

they are trying to roll as much as the can back. Why? The best way to preserve a dying ideology is to keep refighting the same battles of the last hundred years over and over again. If Republicans don't have these same stupid battles to fight, what do they have?

'...I believe there's about 78 to 81 members of the Democrat Party who are members of the Communist Party. It's called the Congressional Progressive Caucus.'

The good old CPC as known to the comrades. West went on to say:

"I really wish that, standing here before you, was Allen West and President Obama," West said, according to the Palm Beach Post. "We could have a simple discussion. But that ain't ever gonna happen."

When an audience member asked why, West said in "a mocking voice" that it was because Obama "was too scared."

With great stuff like in the hopper, when would the media have the time?

take orders from someone else to ruin this President and the country alone with him. Neither of these dummies are smart enough to think for themselves let alone conspire a single thought...JUST LIKE THE VOTERS THAT KEEP THESE ASSHOLES IN OFFICE. TOOO MANY BRAINLESS IDIOTS!!!!

There is considerable belief that the party is done for when the old guard voters die off. I'd like to believe it, though I probably wouldn't see it. The hope is that younger voters with new and unprejudiced views will take over. I'd like to think so, but the disillusionment my own daughter and some of the students I've had is disheartening. Their experience of being fired up on an issue that ultimately fails has led to belief that they can't make a difference, and the system is very different from my sixties generation. I hope they're in the minority, but am afraid that they are not.
