So far in this presidential campaign, we’ve seen two very different takes on the environment. The Democrats believe that the environment needs to be protected and that we need to work to mitigate the effects of climate change, while the Republicans refuse to acknowledge that a problem exists. Even getting down to the micro level, Republicans still believe that polluting the environment is just the cost of doing business.
