to the courts. Of course that would require a super majority to do so since currently it would require Obama to play along by screwing himself out of a pick. Much easier to lie about it since most people don't know what's in the damn thing.

action. The Republicans are the biggest fraud on American laws and the Constitution, yet they preach how they live by the Constitution. I often wonder how any real American, concerned about the people and nation can elect a Republican. We just need to see and view how Republican controlled states have tried to destroy their states. But people don't seem understand what the real GOP agenda is. Lets be honest folks it not helping America or its people.

He's forcing a GOP boycott of their duties

He's voting NO without accepting the responsibility for the vote

No one is denying the GOP's right to vote however they choose

They want to vote no, vote no, end of story

But not voting at all is being afraid of their duties

They are trying to demoralize liberals

Both are highly revered as sacred texts which supposedly have some original immutable interpretation, and they have never bothered to read either one in its entirety preferring instead to pick the parts they like while discarding the remainder.

I want to know what country/constitution exists if the GOP is allowed to openly violate our constitution like this?

Even Justice Scalia would agree with President Obama, in that he has the Constitutional right to appoint someone to fill a seat that has become vacant on the Supreme Court.

If Scalia could . . . he would tell the Senate Republicans that he did his job for 30 frickin' years holding up the Constitution as the law of the land while serving on the Supreme Court, and that now was the time for them to get off their keisters and do their job!!

should have a pocket Constitution and should be waving the Appointments clause hysterically in the air at the beginning of every conversation, no matter what the subject is.

It is nothing short of malpractice to never have challenged those GOP hypocrites on what the Constitution is and says.

Fight back, people. You can't allow one side to claim that they own God and also own the Constitution. That makes us devil-worshiping anarchists.

And this means YOU, Barack Obama. You should be the Pocket Constitution-guy-in-Chief. Do that about a month and those GOP bastards will stop talking talking about the Constitution.

And if they want to debate the Constitution, well bring them on. That's what this SCOTUS appointment is all about. We can win that debate. And if we don't even take on the fight, we are certain to lose.
