action. The Republicans are the biggest fraud on American laws and the Constitution, yet they preach how they live by the Constitution. I often wonder how any real American, concerned about the people and nation can elect a Republican. We just need to see and view how Republican controlled states have tried to destroy their states. Even Justice Scalia would agree with President Obama, in that he has the Constitutional right to appoint someone to fill a seat that has become vacant on the Supreme Court.

If Scalia could . . . he would tell the Senate Republicans that he did his job for 30 frickin' years holding up the Constitution as the law of the land while serving on the Supreme Court, and that now was the time for them to get off their keisters and do their job!!
