(21,852 posts)Was the skit, at least in part, about peer pressure among the millenniums? At first they said they liked Hillary. Then one spoke up and talked about Bernie. Then all of them liked Bernie.
After the funny parts of the skit where Hillary sings, one of the young women said she liked Bush. The others kind of put her down. Then she said she really didn't mean it.
The skit is more complicated than just the part where Hillary sings, IMHO.

(84,711 posts)What does she offer to the Millennials? The video shows pandering that I see from Hillary and the Millennials are Sharp Observers being bombarded from birth by Mainsteam Media Propaganda from Cradle on! I'm thankful they survived!
I'm a "Boomer" and feel more in common with the skepticism of the Millennials than I do with the generations inbetween. It's amazing that could be..imho.

(247 posts)It also seems to be saying the young are herding to the cool thing when Hillary is the real thing.

that millennial females support Bernie because of going to "where the boys are".
See, millennials females can't think for themselves, recognize the real thing or make a decision independently of the men in their lives. Only feminists over age 60 can do that.

(84,711 posts)and SNL's job is to do Parody/Satire for its audience? They have done some great Hillary Skits that looked like they favored her and then some Inbetween and this one kind of gets to the problem of "How is Hillary Coming Off" to the people she is trying to reach and that Millenials have been a big topic in the MSM. Why are Millennials going with an Older Candidate like Bernie Sanders...while Hillary seems to be having difficulties with that young group, that no one anticipated.
And the Video also features Jeb at the end...in a very funny situation...(What About Me!)
Hey....it's Campaign Season...we can lighten up...can't we?

(247 posts)Her Hillary is a little hollow and calculating and that's why it seems like a slam.

(84,711 posts)"a little hollow and calculating," though. She always talks about "I" as in "When President I WILL DO....!
Isn't it supposed to be about what the Voters have decided are the issues and shouldn't SHE be ASKING for OUR VOTE and not just TELLING US...what SHE Thinks is Best for Us?
