1. Wow 1,000x!!! A wonderfully informative interview with Bernie Sanders...

...back when Reagan's thugs (the Contras) were murdering teachers and mayors of small villages to try to destroy the elected leftist government of Nicaragua. Sanders created a sister city program with Managua (he was mayor of Burlington at the time) and traveled there. What really stands out are his intelligence, his comprehensive understanding of U.S.- Latin American history and its implications for all U.S. Foreign relations. This interview destroys the current 'meme' that he is weak on foreign policy.

Unfortunately, Henry Kissinger decided to run a jackhammer out in the street near the door where the interview is taking place. You can still hear Sanders but it is distracting.
