When the discussion turned to healthcare it would have been better to point out that Ted Cruz is now using Obamacare. If Cruz was consistent he would have refused to put his family under Obamacare and just paid the fine. Cruz is worth between $1-$5 million dollars. He makes about $175,000 per year. He could have a easily afforded the fine. He also could have afforded to pay for his family healthcare out of pocket. Was Cruz one of the people encouraging young people to avoid Obamacare and just pay the fine?
