TYT: Rape Victim Denied Emergency Contraception By Doctor



"An Oklahoma emergency room doctor refused to provide emergency contraception to a 24-year-old female rape victim because the medication violated the health provider's personal beliefs, a local CBS News affiliate reports. Conservatives support programs to help pay for the food/education/housing/healthcare for children in these situations.

but, if the warmer states keep doing stuff like this I will just hibernate for the winter in Minnesota.

ETA : What if the doctor was a Jehovah's witness and she needed a blood transfusion: Would it have been ok to deny that?

What about end of life decisions, can a doctor over rule a patients DNR order or a families?
