I think he knows what questions to ask, and yes, he's good a formulating talking points for them. I also think the people in that focus group were a very good example of most of Trump's supporters. It seems they WOULD follow him to an independent vote, which of course will kill the Pub Party!

Hey Pub leaders, I see you shaking in your shoes. Well, it's going to get a lot worse!

I'm lovin' it! Haven't been this entertained by a political campaign EVER!

Luntz is a one trick pony who looks like he's close to death's door. His is bloated, sickly, with a godforsaken pallor that studio make up won't cover. That squirrel on his head is an utter joke. He looks like someone who has not cared for a LONG time. He's on autopilot, and it shows.

If the GOP want to believe him this time, like they did last time about rMoney, they should knock themselves out...

We've learned so much so far from the circus; more would really help.

I'm sorry but I don't give this jolly doomsayer any more credit than he deserves, which is about nill. He is able to expose the cancerous idiots and build on their unbridled hatred for this President; but he isn't the brilliant archetech of anything, other than promoting himself as some sort of grand wizard to the party of clowns.

Of course, in a slightly milder form, these are the key points of broadcast & cable teevee.
I hate doing it, but I tune-in some RW radio in my car during drive-time now and then - there's plenty all over the dial - simply to hear what the talking points will be on cable nooz the next day.
The levels of paranoia and fear-based hate is astonishing.

they work very well with the righties. I keep asking my son, who is also a very rare Dem in Red Ga., why don't people research anything? If at first it doesn't make sense to you, why wouldn't you try to find out more info? His reply..."Mom, they don't THINK! They never think, no matter how crazy, unrealistic, or insane the stories are." Ive tried to find fault with that statement, but haven't been able to.

I research EVERYTHING that doesn't sound logical to me, no matter who says it. Even Bernie. Yes, the Dems sometimes tell stories that aren't quite true. What I've found most of ten is that the Dems mostly tell the truth, just not the whole story.

The whole thing makes me ashamed of our entire society. Why are we all so stupid and gullible?

you would think the Zombie Apocalyspe had happened already. Freedom, the real kind (that the Government is supposed to insure) is an INHERENTLY DANGEROUS proposition, because the altternative of the Government keeping us safe from all things at all times would requires the Government to keep us all in our houses and post Guards at night.

I have no fear of 'radicalized muslim jihadists' (ill write here the caveat that I don't live or work in Manhattan, and I am fully aware of the caution of those that do); I'm more wary of the white, christian, off-his-meds, Fox-News-propagandized-to Hell-and-back-LAWFUL-gun-owner, or the Wall Street Tycoons who think the Economy of the DEMOCRACY is their own perosnal credit account than I am of someone who wants to come here because BY LAW they can kneel down facing Mecca in prayer if they want to, and the Constitution PREVENTS the Government from doing a damned thing about it. Besides, if I'm oh-so-asceered that my Christian faith might be impacted by this action of another, then its my FAITH that is fragile and needs examining, and not the family fleeing persecution, famine, death or War that WE INITIATED through the greed, hubris and RANK IDIOCY of our 'Glorious, I-Promise-To-Keep-You-Safe-At-All-Times-From-All-Things Leaders.

I used to have pity on these people. Now I jsut think they need an such an electoral Ass-Kicking that they feel it for the next 25 years; its the only way now for them to understand that they are not the Majority, and to shake them loose from the brainwashing thevy received for so long.

He made an absolute fortune during the Cheney/Bush years. Now, he's just looking to rake in enough to both keep his millions and support his lifestyle. I met him for the first time 15 years ago. He's got a genius brain inside a body that will never be the envy of anyone, and he is only too aware of it. He plays the clown sometimes because it's a role he's suited for. At a Q&A session with Hillary Clinton one time, it wasn't enough for him to just ask his question. He went up and knelt before her. I mean, gimme a break. On his knees? Really? Reverse-respect, and we all knew it.

His money was earned by being a propagandist for the Republican party. That party he used to work for no longer exists, and no longer needs him. The people he worked for have faded before Koch-funded candidates, and they have more money than Luntz does, plus their own people to do the work Luntz used to do. Luntz is the ultimate manipulator, and he is lost when the people he used to manipulate become three times as extreme as he tried to make them. He became midwife to Rosemary's Baby, and now has no idea how to raise it.

They want a president to "shake things up"-- forgetting that we feel stuck because of GOP obstruction.

They forget, too, the last GOP "president" who shook things up quite a bit -- GWB.

We should have really shaken up the country by war crime trials on Bush and Cheney et al, or at least Truth & Reconciliation hearings.

... is to watch that Black guy sit there as those racist right-wingers spew words (filled with such vitriol) to describe the first Black President and he sits there waiting to spew his “Hope and Change” line – just sickens me to my stomach. Even if I considered myself conservative and disagreed with President Obama’s policies I would have stood up and said. “What I’m hearing here in this room is racism towards this President”. “Anti-American, Un-American, Doesn’t respect American values”… but you can tell that he senses the hatred and evil sentiments towards Obama in the room but is too much of a token coward to speak out. Trump makes them feel free to say out in the open what they once could only say behind closed doors. But those black-face tokens in the crowd really make me sick.

They are the on the fringe of the Political scale, and want to destroy everything a Black President has ever done, even things that go against their best interest. Its like they would destroy a hospital because it uses science instead of voodoo Christianized magic! These people are dangerous for the rest of us.. if they ever became a majority, they would have their President toss Nuclear missiles out at every nation in the world that scared them, and turn the landscape into glass...thus allowing other countries to toss theirs, at us.

Kiss America goodbye if they ever get into power. They would kill us all and be happy about it.
