the corporate and personal dereliction of the judicial authorities, who are permitting these murders to go unpunished? If the legislature relating to the judicial system needs changing, it must be changed. The will is simply not there - Obama and an evidently relatively small number of good people, notwithstanding.

People, generally, don't make any allowance for the criminalizing effects of marginalisation and immiseration on their fellow human beings; all they remember is being robbed or mugged by a black guy. If it's a white guy, well... these things happen....

Tarantino touched upon it towards the end when he said it (the source of the problem) was 'inside' - to which Maher agreed. But it should, imho, have been focused on more intensively and sharply, as a key component of the 'murder municipally incorporated' culture of your society, today.

Indeed, when a society descends into anomie and moral degeneracy, it turns into the hydra of a totalitarian state.

was exonerated. That poor man was killed in cold blood. In MY humble opinion, she murdered him.
