Corporate America’s Latest Power Grab Is Screwing Consumers

The issue of forced arbitration is one that most Americans greet with a giant yawn and that’s why corporations have been so successful with stripping us of our Constitutional rights. It is harder today to hold a corporation accountable for their misdeeds than at any other point in history because people haven’t been paying attention, and we’ve signed away all of our rights.

Ring of Fire’s Sam Seder discusses this with attorney Peter Mougey.

AFTER you agree to the contract!

Is the contract for one year or two years? Is the reasonable monthly price an introductory offer that expires three months down the line o does it expire six months or maybe only one month after you sign on?

There is no way to know because the customer service reps are not told what the terms are, and although they may promise to have someone call you who knows the terms, that person will never call.
They know we are screwed.

This is fascism. Plain and simple.
