The issue of forced arbitration is one that most Americans greet with a giant yawn and thats why corporations have been so successful with stripping us of our Constitutional rights. It is harder today to hold a corporation accountable for their misdeeds than at any other point in history because people havent been paying attention, and weve signed away all of our rights.

(32,324 posts)Is the contract for one year or two years? Is the reasonable monthly price an introductory offer that expires three months down the line o does it expire six months or maybe only one month after you sign on?
There is no way to know because the customer service reps are not told what the terms are, and although they may promise to have someone call you who knows the terms, that person will never call.
They know we are screwed.
This is fascism. Plain and simple.

(24,703 posts)merged with DirecTV, they now send you little envelopes wanting the subscriber to the former satellite service to bundle and save a whole whopping 500 dollars-----------------where in the world is the anti-trust Sherman Act----------it's now toilet paper, just like Glass-Steagal, the deregulation of the airlines , healthcare insurance, you name it............
