is an art installation at the Sacramento Airport (Terminal A). There are two main steel columns holding up the ceiling in the baggage claim area. The "lost" luggage is wired together around the pole.
There is a parking garage outside with a half dozen mechanical looking "airplane/birds" flying out of the building walls and a couple mounted on free standing poles. I've got pictures but no place to post them.
