Today, 9 November 2015, a chorus of voices on this pale blue dot we call Earth are paying homage to the late, renowned American scientist, Carl Sagan. It would have been his 81st birthday.

The Demon-Haunted World:Science as a Candle in the Dark, which is the best Skepticism 101 tome on the planet. As Carl understood, scientific skepticism is a most important thing. Without it, humankind may be lost.
