Detective Steve Berry is using the SAME damned externalization of responsibility and blaming the victim!!! How was this young man, on a BICYCLE, using his cell phone, speaking in a calm tone of voice, a threat to this "officer"?!?
Can't be Black while riding a bike; can't be Latino while riding a bike. Welcome to our brave new world order.
