HELP! HELP! HELP! Yeah A Little Bit Much...
BUT I have problem that needs attention very soon, not tomorrow but coming.
My mother-in-law passed away and lived in avery small rural area called Hernando, FL. Since she was elderly she never used anything that resembles technology. But because my father-in-law did very little but watch TV they did have a cable system. First Spring and now Bright House which is IMO the WORST price gouger on the market. I'm not sure. But here's my problem. My husband loves going up there to fish and the string of lakes is several steps away, the place isn't ever going to be sold.
Unfortunately it's also hard to use cell phones there too because the signal is bad so I decided to add phone service to Bright House. MY BAD and the cost for this is even worse. No internet so can't use ROKU and we don't even have the full channels that Bright House offers.
SO, does anyone know a solution to getting a cable service that's affordable and is there a separate way to get some sort of land line service that goes along with it or is separate?? The only services I know of that are offered in that area are DISH, Century Link and Bright House. I don't think Comcast is available which I REALLY think stinks anyway!
Am I stuck??? Someone told me about a phone service that sounds like UUMA and sorry I haven't researched it because I don't know if it needs another connection.
I would love something else, but think I'm stuck. That's it.
