Russia pretends to fight ISIS in Syria but bombs the area that has no ISIS

The area Russia bombed has no ISIS but is a place that connects the capital to Russia's naval facility & Russia's access to the port.
How many more will die so the Russian dictatorship can expand in Putin's dream of a "New Russia"?

While Russia says its raids on Wednesday targeted the Islamic State group, locals in the opposition-held area say the jihadist group has no presence in the region — echoing the assessment of a U.S. official and the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

The Homs region is of vital strategic importance to Assad's control of western Syria, linking the capital in Damascus to the coastal area including Latakia and Tartus, where Russia operates a naval facility.

Information warfare at it's finest.

Putin said all along that he believes that the Syrian government is important to the effort and that it should be strengthened. So they are turning the three front war into a two front war and allowing the Syrian government, one of the few actually fighting ISIS now on the ground, to focus on ISIS.

The US is fully aware of this and has pretty much accepted it.

But hey, still a great opportunity to confuse the gullible public and form a narrative.

You do know that ISIS aren't the only jihadis in the game there, right?

And you do know that your FSA boys, or what's left of them, regularly buddy up with the jihadis, right?

Why are you are so shocked that Russia is defending its longtime ally?

not to mention the 1.8 million Christians being protected by Assad from these various evils are hailing the Russians.
Eliminating one evil at a time so the other evils can be dealt with so Syrian refugees can go back to their homes in the current hellholes outside Assad's army protection.

I suppose Putin Defense Patrol is better than your other hobby, getting posts hidden for racism and hmmm what a coincidence you're into both

To add colour to their posts, websites have been set up to aid the troll army.
Many of them have obvious racist or homophobic overtones. Barack Obama eating a banana or depicted as a monkey, or the Ukrainian president, Petro Poroshenko, in drag, declaring: “We are preparing for European integration.”
