Trump says his plan will bring added revenue by allowing corporations to bring money, held overseas, back to the United States by paying a one-time tax of 10 percent. He would also prevent companies from deferring taxes paid on income earned abroad.

My guess is this does not take into account Obamacare, and he has probably figured on some magic jelly bean to be found and planted which sprout 24k gold beans, but the video just came out and questions will be asked, no doubt.

The people with huge estates are those with incomes in the top 1%, not the top 10%. They would gain the most from Trump's proposal to eliminate the estate tax.
