Add that on to the beauty of a Blue Whale and makes for a great video. Thanks for the post.

There was a small pod of right whales in Cape Cod Bay once when I took a day trip out to Provincetown, nothing special in the whale world, but gave me a new benchmark for "utterly enormous."

There is just no substitute for seeing one in the water, even at a respectful distance. If you ever have a chance to go watching, do it.

34 meters of elegant Azure Blue. Largest animal the earth has ever known.

If we clean up our act, will elegance return from deep inside of us?

They were the source for lighting homes with oil lamps and their fat was rendered to tallow for candles. Tons of products came from whales and whale hunters were the romanticized roughnecks of their era.

We moved on. Just like we should with coal and oil.

That whale knows what he/she is and nothing in the Ocean matches it for mastery of the sea. May that whale never know how dangerous human can be.

Awesome
