"anchor baby" by his own definition? His parents weren't citizens so his US citizenship was based on the fact of his birth on US soil and nothing more.

The argument of these con clowns is that "subject to the jurisdiction of" only applies to persons who have sworn some kind of allegiance to the US. Except the only persons who have "sworn allegiance to the US" are persons who have become citizens. So by their own definition an anchor baby is any child who is a birthright citizen not born to US citizen parents......Fucking stupid clowns.

I generally support TYT's position of pointing out hypocrisies, but somehow, this report made me very sad and disturbed. I guess the truth does that to you sometimes. But the guy doesn't have a chance. It's like putting a magnifying glass on a pinned bug.
