Keep Social Security Out Of Greedy Wall Street Bankers’ Hands

Elderly citizens on Social Security are in the cross hairs of the GOP. Right now, Republican candidates are telling us that the only way to save Social Security is to hand it over to Wall Street. Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins discusses this with attorney Michael Burg.

is not a financial instrument to be used for greed----------------it is to be used to make me and others stay out of the poor house and on the street corner with a cardboard sign saying thanks Wall Street and republicans feed and house me now.

Why did you Hose me and others with this bankrupt plan and means test------------because that happened before 1930-------------that is a fact

And if anyone thinks that Wall Street can make me money on my Social Security, just look at how much they rely on interests rates staying low, ----------------and how companies that use to invest in R&D and now invest in stock buy back to inflate the profits--------------------no thanks----------------------that is a pipe dream-----------------and I want a government backed program to keep me out of that debtor prison they, wall street envision for all

The republicans are outright hypocrites ----------------you take your social security money and bet on the ponzi scheme--------and don't come crying when it fails, because if it goes up it also goers down.............

brought to us by the GOP. Starting immediately after the November elections. They aren't even going to wait until the next POTUS is signed in if it's a GOP. They'll start cutting 20% off the disabled then and the ripple effect, along with the dehumanization of those people will explode as caregivers go broke and doctors won't be bothered if not paid. The plan to privatize and or give it to Wall Street will be based on profit. Some people are no longer able to work so they are not profitable. A purely evil state of affairs will ensue.

that's what they do. Pit the kids against their parents and grandparents.

You only pay SS taxes on the first 118 thousand and then it is zilch, if you just raise that cap, in progressive rates, you will generate more money than you would know what to do with ........
