And, I'm embarrassed to say, I wasn't sure about where Nebraska is (although I knew the first selection was too high...the correct location could have been a little further south for all I knew). It's been a long long time since I took geography, and I don't have a good memory to begin with.

Is it fair to judge old people the same, who have been out of school a long long time?

Outside of Nebraska and Venezuela, I was as lost as anyone. It's been a long time since geography class for me as well.

Have you ever in your life met anyone from Nebraska? No, you haven't. And you've never visited it, either.

OK, you've never met anyone from Uruguay or visited it, but look it up in Wikipedia and it says:

Uruguay is ranked first in Latin America in democracy, peace, lack of corruption, quality of living,[7] e-Government,[8] and equally first in South America when it comes to press freedom, size of the middle class, prosperity and security.

and

The Economist named Uruguay "country of the year" in 2013[10] acknowledging the innovative policy of legalizing the production, sale and consumption of cannabis. Same-sex marriage and abortion are also legal, leading Uruguay to be regarded as one of the most liberal nations in the world, and one of the most socially developed, outstanding regionally[11] and performing well globally on personal rights, tolerance and inclusion issues.

And cool trivia fact about Uruguay's capital:

Montevideo is the southernmost capital city in the Americas, and the third most southerly in the world (only Canberra and Wellington are further south).
