(316 posts)Hillary isn't my first choice but I wish the media would stop focusing on this issue.

(13,877 posts)And I admire how she has held steady under terrible circumstances from time to time over the years. I truly think there is a conspiracy out to damage her and has been since she had the cojones to present a health plan at the beginning of her husband's tenure as President.
It was nasty, yet it probably would not have been so damaging had she run it through or given head position to an elected or appointed political position at the time. They just dismissed it as "Pillow Talk", at best, demonizing not only Hillary, but the plan at the same time.
It's never going to change. They were wrong then, as now. But that is not going to change. The Republicans do not have the ammo to fire out against Bernie, and they've seen how he refuses to take the negative and is winning by taking the high road. They don't know how to do that and if they do, it will backfire.
I can't, from any perspective, see Hillary winning the White House. I'll vote for her in the General, if she gets there.

(70,239 posts)social media. Wish they had done it sooner. They let her go out there alone to do it most of the times. I looked at Bernie's endorsements for progressive talk radio and most are endorsing her. she seems so alone out there so many times.

(13,877 posts)with it or on it...so a level of discomfort there. Somehow Bernie was almost forced into it because of his lack of capital, and it's doing him well.
Also, Hillary has a kind of "I can do it myself"... that many of we Boomer women had to develop to get ahead in a man's world. Like somebody said, "Women and men can dance, but women have to do it backwards and on high heels."
