Anyone who can complete the training should be allowed to serve in any capacity. I doubt that a woman will ever complete the BUDS training required to become a SEAL, but it could happen. If it does, the boys will just have to suck it up and deal with it.

That may mean that very very few women make it, but those that can should be allowed to serve.

that the Minister of Defence wanted the regiment to be opened up to women: 'But Sir, we're not P.C. We kill people.'

You've probably heard it, and it's true - though the minister concerned denied it.
