I don't normally watch videos unless there is some explanatory text so I can understand the context. Talking heads (even Pakman's) aren't my best way to spend time unless it appears worthwhile.

Voting should be made as easy as possible, but should never be mandatory. I think people have a first amendment right not to vote. And I can't see much support for fining people who can not or will not vote.

3. Sorry but it's not true that "any eligible voter" is automatically registered.

The Oregon law only registers those that have records at the Department of Motor Vehicles.
