Why Are We Promoting The Same Losers From Past Elections?

The presidential race is over crowded with losers. And we’re not just talking about the caliber of the Republican clown car. We’re talking about losers in the most literal sense of the word.

Right now, we have 4 presidential candidates that have all previously been rejected by voters in presidential primaries. That’s nearly one-fifth of the entire field right now.

Why do these guys keep creeping their way into the race? Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins discusses this.

I thought there were even more, but an on-line search doesn't give me anyone else. Except I could have sworn the Trump pretended to be running in 2012. And that even more of the current herd tried then or in 2008. Oh, well.

And I think it is also being seen in the GOP with the popularity of Trump...they too want someone new even if it is a dunce like Trump.

And in this veneer-driven world it's not what you know or propose, but if the dumb-ass voters recollect your name.

Message that everyone will hear over and over and over again… until they assimilate like a bunch of completely swallowed and straight-jacketed robots.

There is a saying that there is "truth in advertising". Why else do you think those great ads get name recognition?

What product does the gecko represent?

What product does that guy Jarred represent?

What products are known by the phrase, "I'm lovin it"?

Then, take it to the next level...

How has the term, "socialist" been linked to negative pathways for Americans?

How has the term, "liberal" been pronounced by the skinny lawyer who pumps book and interviews while wearing a black dress?

How has the term, "family values" been described by sweaty red and ruddy faced preachers?

Pretty soon people who accept and assimilate these terms with their false values stop thinking for themselves. They're too willfully ignorant to admit they stopped thinking at all.

Time to THINK… Time to CHANGE, folks.

Just show them the next tourist destination. Politics is for politicians. Everything must be drive-through. You do it for me.

I wish I could leave. I'm too old to leave, but I'm still alive enough to want a home with civility. That's why I'm voting for Bernie Sanders. One last chance.

But you do make a good point, not all leftovers are better warned up, especially when they've been in the back of the 'fridge for 4 years. Doesn't matter if they've been in a red or blue Tupperware container.

I think this is disgusting, I detest this. You know what you do affects all Democrats, suspect you are a plant. I want to say more disgusting things, but I have to restrain myself.

Nixon lost a general election, Reagan lost a nomination bid, but each was later elected President.

On our side, Humphrey and Gore each lost a nomination bid but won the nomination in a later cycle, although neither became President.

The retreads have a perfect right to run again. The voters can accept them or reject them.
