based challenges to block Net Neutrality.

In parallel, they will invest in business models at breakneck speeds that defy Net Neutrality principles, then argue that they should be grandfathered in, because they would be irreparably harmed if they were forced to stop their Net Neutrality violating practices.

The Telecomms, lobbyists and lawyers have their sights set on charging more for internet sites as Thom has discussed many times. And we're living on borrowed time with Net Neutrality I think. Affluent folks will be ok, it's the working people who need news and info. the most that will not be able to afford the higher costs for content.

The larger problem is the constant redefining of the term "net neutrality". It seems to change according to who is trying to sell what.

I may be able to pay more since they keep getting rid of my news shows on cable so I am planning on getting rid of them as soon as my contract is up. But sooner or later many of us will be priced out one way or another.
