There's maybe a minute of it that's relevant and you can make sense of. The actual shooting is not visible.

One second the cop is opening the door of the car, the guy says, "I ain't done nuthin'" and puts his hand on the door to hold it closed and instantly the cop escalates things to 11 at this "resistance" and reaches in with one hand to grab the driver as his other hand raises the gun and fires. The driver's now dead foot comes off the brake and the car goes down the road into a telephone pole with the cop idiotically chasing after it.

This was a murder.

And you KNOW that would not have been the reaction if a member of the Swedish Bikini Team was at the wheel.

That cop was ready to shoot. He had to of had the gun already in his hand.

I did not find it graphic. With the cops movement the video gets shaky.

The guy in the car dying for nothing but having the gall to be driving around while black, the white campus cop forfeiting his soul for the chance to be a bad-ass racist with a gun for 5 minutes, the fact that we feel compelled to watch -- it's just sick all around.

this execution. I came to this OP for responses. I won't ever watch this video, or any of Sandra Bland's video, because #BlackLivesMatter. And these videos along with countless others and the comments following them show me, that this is NOT the case with many, many americans, armed, with badges and not. My understanding of amerikkka now is that it is divided, racially, politically, also divided between the HAVES, Have Some and the have nothings. The Have Somes are the buffer keeping those HAVES happy by kissing their butts and hating n****** and have nothings(dirt poor). It is becoming more and more obvious every day. A train be a-coming.....

just like Sandra Bland, he didn't think it was wrong to have no front license plate, and then he didn't think it was wrong to be asked to step out of his car for not having his license on him. Not having the license may be why the cop got nervous and was too gun happy, but cops should not be reacting this way to things that are not even felonies. It isn't a felony to be without a license, is it?

None of these things are something someone should have to die for. But it is apparent to me that more people need to learn what rights cops have, and what requests/orders you need to obey from them.

In these two cases, these people might still be alive, if the victims knew and didn't resist being asked out of their cars. I'm not blaming them for not knowing. I'm just saying we need this information to get out to keep shit like this from happening.
