Puerto Rico and what governmental and institutional cronyism has done to the "COAL FIRED" energy plant on the island--------------------hint to a DIPS***t the island is going into bankruptcy, because of the failed energy policies there INHOFE, they have to IMPORT COAL------big costs there TWIT.
They could lower there energy signature costs based on solar and wind-----------they are on a island in the Caribbean, that has sun and wind on average over 330 days of the year and it would help the economy.
And has for taking a swipe at everything not related to energy costs take your head out of your A****S and really look at why Germany went Solar------------it lowered there energy costs so that they can have a more vibrant economy----------not dependent on coal. It lowers their energy costs in the long term TWIT
