6. Jail Reform/Prison Reform

Somehow something has to be done to put an end to things like this. Whether or not she and/or Sandra Bland actually committed suicide something has to be done to stop these jail/prison deaths. Just a day or so ago it was reported that a 38 year old Asian man was found dead in his jail cell of an apparent suicide. There are just too many people dying in police custody. Procedures need to change in order to assure people stop dying in police custody.
