Religion is one of the protected classes in antidiscrimination law, along with gender and ethnicity. You can no more refuse to sell to a Muslim than you can to a woman or a Korean.

And last I checked, traditional Saudi robes have plenty of extra fabric to hide video cameras in. Therefore...we get some nice Arab-American lady, dress her in a full desert traveler outfit with hidden cameras and microphones, issue her $1500 in cash and send her into this gun shop to buy an AR-15. If she comes out with a gun, we then have to figure out what to do with it. If she comes out with footage of being ejected over her religion, a federal prosecutor can figure out what to do with that.
