SCOTUS Has Fractured the Republican Party

Republicans thought for sure that this Supreme Court term was going to be a blessing for them on both the Affordable Care Act and Same Sex Marriage. But the corporate court decided to throw a few bones of social justice our way, while at the same time giving huge prizes to industry.

want killing it as his legacy.

As for Kennedy, suck it crybables. He's been voting your way most of the time as do Scalia, Roberts, Thomas and Alito. Whenever the majority doesn't go your way, though, you spoiled brats need a waaahmbulance. Sit down and shut up, just like we've had to in most cases since the Rehnquist Court. It's called Article III of the Constitution. Deal with it.
