(992 posts)He did make a mountain out of a mole hill. Should of apologized, expressed he was unaware, and exited to pay the fare. Instead he chose to argue and refused to obey the rules. I see him causing the problem.

(4,552 posts)This is no excuse for the cops action. The man is holding a baby and the cop jacked him up against the window by the neck over a 2.50 fare. That is just plain stupid. And yes it was recorded.
