decades. You never have to try to defend him against the expected smears, just point to his record. That is such a novelty I'm still trying to get used to it!

because, you know, Bernie hasn't spoken out in support of women/abortion/equality since his campaign began. So does he really support women?

Read with care. It's puke inducing.

because it has been tried, failed, tried again, failed but when money is spent on smear campaigns, they have to try to MAKE them effective, or the money is wasted.

Like I said, nothing they can come up with will work against a candidate who has the TRUTH on his side.

Truth always trumps even the most expensive smear campaigns, and in the end, they backfire. I feel disgust when I see this, Bernie has NEVER stooped to that level and yet has been winning elections with the TRUTH for decades.

Sad, isn't it, that they cannot talk about their own candidate's positions on the issues which would actually have a better chance of working for them.

People are sick to death of this money fueled deceptive politicing which some people clearly haven't learned yet.

Ugh! is all I can say. And feel all the more grateful to Bernie for stepping up for his country when he was most needed.

It didn't get much traction, did it? Proving what a failure these lies and smears are. Hopefully they will learn, but really, it won't affect Bernie at all, just their own candidate who will be associated with the now infamous tactics that have made politics so toxic in this country.

I didn't bother reading past the OP, but I am willing to bet that nothing was said about THEIR candidate's positions on all of the issues that people are concerned about.

I keep asking for that, but rarely get it.

I think too that we can use these nasty attempts to smear a good person to demonstrate all that has gone wrong with our system. Everything can used for a good purpose. THIS is such a turnoff to voters that it can be very valuable to Bernie imo.
