I knew that his music was at it's peak mediocre. The lyric writing is terrible, just terrible, and the guitar is soul-less. And guns don't make you a bad-ass, they make you a coward. Why does nugent think that owning a machine that someone else invented and manufactured replaces being a man?

12. I remember way back when I though Ted Nugent was a joke as a musician,

and could he possibly be any worse, (I was listening to Frank Zappa, when I was in the third grade, thanks Dad...). Ted Nugent's music always sounded amateurish, and stupid. The lyrics were always vapid, and the tunes had no substance. I tried to like it I guess. It was popular during the 70's when I was being exposed to everything I could have my ears take in. So I didn't think that Nugent, (the Nooooooge as so many hill-billys bleat out when getting a boner for one of his over-played classic rock heavy rotation craptastic offerings), could get any worse. But then came the Damn Yankees. God help us, what a putrid suck-fest of sonic crap, only made more suck-tacular by the presence of Ted Nugent.
