this summer - here in drought-stricken California. Milkweed seedlings are already up and growing!

I garden, mainly wildflowers and vegetables. The garden has many milkweed plants, along with other flowers to attract swallowtails and other butterflies. I have given the pods to numerous friends and neighbors. During the summer, my garden is filled with butterflies and dragonflies. A great spot to sit and meditate.
