1. I get over forty of these coming through the town I live in per week.

Many of the crossings and bridges over little creeks are old and in a state of partial disrepair. Add to that the fact that the bomb trains run for many miles right along the Mississippi river here and you have the recipe for a major disaster. It's not if but when.
