Everything, EVERYTHING, was the fault of those meddling Democrats but especially liberals when they ran out of the former to scapegoat, those liberals were at it again; THEIR regulations, THEIR control of the media, THEIR efforts to make them look bad, etc.

All part of the GOP SOP:
* Fail to govern
* Find someone to the left of you to pin the blame on
